• We implement, maintain and continuously improve an integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Occupational Risk Prevention, in accordance with the requirements of UNE-EN-ISO 9001, UNE-EN-ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, as well as complying with the legislation and regulations related to the product, service, environment, and the safety and health of workers, and any other applicable requirements.
• We commit to continuous improvement and pollution prevention, as well as to the consultation and participation of workers, removing obstacles or barriers to participation and ensuring the absence of reprisals when suggestions are made and opinions are communicated.
• We establish actions to address risks in order to reduce or control them.
• We periodically review workplaces in terms of safety, hygiene, ergonomics, psychosociology, and health surveillance in order to improve working methods and the effectiveness of the measures implemented.
• We work with the objective of offering the highest quality in our products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
• We continuously improve the planning, organization, review, and control of our production and service systems, based on market demands, promoting energy efficiency and recycling from the design phase of products and processes, reducing, whenever possible, the waste and emissions generated by our activities.
• We promote internal communication systems regarding the effectiveness of the Policy, standards, and results in occupational risk prevention, encouraging the participation and consultation of both our own employees and those of external companies.
• We collaborate with our suppliers and subcontractors to improve quality, as well as their environmental performance and the safety and health of external workers.
• We maintain an open and collaborative relationship with our customers, suppliers, public administration, local community, and any other social sector interested in our activities, improving external communication.
• We advise and inform our customers at all times about the most appropriate solution to their needs through our laboratory with specialized technical service.
• We provide ourselves with the necessary resources and means to achieve the implementation, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the Management System.
