TOPCRET is a leading company in the production and installation of cement-based coatings for floors, walls, bathroom and kitchen furniture, exteriors, pools, and countertops.

As a company who is committed to the quality of our products and who has a deep respect for our environment, it’s our mission to achieve high customer satisfaction with environmental preservation.

Furthermore, TOPCRET is aware of the importance of protecting the safety and health of its workers. To achieve this, we have established and provided the necessary resources and means to ensure the elimination and control of existing risks in our workers’ activity.

How do we achieve this?

  • We implement and continuously improve an Integrated Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in accordance with the requirements of UNE-EN-ISO 9001, UNE-EN-ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, complying with legislation and regulations related to the product, service, environment, and worker safety and health, as well as any applicable requirements.
  • We commit to continuous improvement, pollution prevention, and worker consultation, removing obstacles or barriers to their participation, and ensure there are no reprisals when making suggestions or sharing opinions.
  • We take action to address risks in order to eliminate, reduce, or control them.
  • We regularly review job positions related to safety, hygiene, ergonomics-psychosociology, and health surveillance to improve work methods and the effectiveness of implemented measures.
  • At Topcret, we set ambitious yet realistic objectives. The intense activity of the R&D Department and our work towards constantly improving our product, positions us as leaders in the industry. Our continuous pursuit of customer satisfaction is the driving force behind our company’s growth and our contribution to society. To achieve this, we have implemented the ISO 9000 standard, which keeps us on the path of excellence in service and quality.
  • We work with the goal of offering maximum quality in our products and services to meet our customers’ needs.
  • We continuously improve the production and service systems based on the market’s demands, promoting energy efficiency and recycling from the product and process design phase. This reduces waste and emissions generated by our activities whenever possible.
  • Through our internal communication systems, we promote the effectiveness of our policies, rules, and results to prevent risks. Participation from both our own workers and those from external companies are always encouraged.
  • We collaborate with our suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the quality of their environmental performance and the safety and health of external workers.
  • We maintain an open and collaborative relationship with our customers, suppliers, authorities, our community, and any other social sector that is interested in our activities. This improves external communication and ensures transparency on our end.
  • Our laboratory consists of specialised technicians who provide advice and information to our customers to ensure they are aware of the best solution that will meet their needs.
  • We provide the necessary resources and means to achieve the implementation, effectiveness, and improvement of the Management System.
