TOPCRET is a leading company in the production and installation of cement-based coatings for floors, walls, bathroom and kitchen units, outdoor areas, swimming pools and worktops.

TOPCRET has shops and showrooms across Spain and, through its franchise plan, has taken its offer to the whole of the Americas, Asia, Africa and the rest of Europe.

As a company committed to the quality of our products and to respect for the environment, it is an unavoidable goal within the overall management of our company to make the profitability of our economic activity compatible with the greatest satisfaction of our clients and with the preservation of the environment, taking into account the interactions of our products across their whole life cycle.

TOPCRET is also aware of how important it is to protect its workers and to prevent injury and ill health across all of its activity. It therefore establishes and provides safe and healthy working conditions, along with the resources and the means needed to eliminate hazards and reduce the risks present in that activity.

To achieve this:

• We implement, maintain and continuously improve an integrated Quality, Environment and Occupational Risk Prevention Management System, in line with the requirements of UNE-EN-ISO 9001 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001, and in compliance with the legislation and regulations relating to the product, the service, the environment and the safety and health of workers, and with any other applicable requirements.
• We commit to continuous improvement and to the prevention of pollution, and to the consultation and participation of workers, removing any obstacle or barrier to that participation and ensuring there are no reprisals when suggestions are made and opinions expressed.
• We put in place actions to address risks in order to reduce or control them.
• We review workplaces regularly in terms of safety, hygiene, ergonomics, psychosociology and health surveillance, in order to improve working methods and the effectiveness of the measures in place.
• We work with the aim of offering the highest quality in our products and services, to meet the needs of our clients.
• We continuously improve the planning, organisation, review and control of our production and service systems, in line with what the market demands, promoting energy efficiency and recycling from the design stage of both products and processes, and reducing, wherever possible, the waste and emissions generated by our activities.
• We promote internal communication systems on the effectiveness of the Policy, on standards and on results in risk prevention, encouraging the participation and consultation of workers, both our own and those of external companies.
• We work with our suppliers and subcontractors to improve quality and their environmental performance, as well as the safety and health of external workers.
• We keep an open, collaborative relationship with our clients, our suppliers, the authorities, our neighbours and any other social sector with an interest in our activities, improving the information we give out.
• We advise and inform our clients at all times about the most suitable solution to their problems, through our laboratory with its specialised technical service.
• We provide ourselves with the resources and means needed to implement the Management System, to make it effective and to improve it.
