Environmental Product Declaration
Raw materialOur products are a mix of cement, fine aggregates and polymers.We develop products with 15% recycled raw material.
ProductionThanks to its thinness (2 mm) we use far less material than a normal concrete floor.Making it takes less energy than other materials such as tiles, vinyl or wooden floors.
DistributionBeing a liquid and lighter material, transporting it generates a lower CO2 impact than other, heavier traditional materials.
ApplicationWe reuse existing surfaces, with no need to change the floor profile, cutting demolition and waste.It needs less water than concrete.
UseIt is the first microcement free of volatile organic compounds, which helps improve health.Maintenance with water and neutral soap, no chemicals.

These latest generation microcements have become the first on the market to receive their Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), which shows Topcret’s commitment to sustainability, quality and a global presence.
By obtaining the EPD certifications for EcoCemento® and Baxab®Eco, Topcret cements its commitment to giving architects, designers and builders reliable, transparent information.
Beyond the EPD certifications, EcoCemento® and Baxab®Eco have earned further recognition for their sustainable attributes. They meet the WELL Building Standard, LEED and BREEAM, achieving the highest number of points those certifications award.
