Topcret^® was born from the initiative of two young entrepreneurial engineers who chose to stand out from the construction industry’s chaos by creating their product, Microcemento^®. This cement-based micro-coating would revolutionize the fields of design and interior decoration.

Established in 2004, Topcret^® has become one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry. With showrooms in major capitals of the world such as London, New York, and Barcelona, as well as 100+ franchises in six continents, Topcret’s mission has been to develop innovative and sustainable solutions that prioritize the well-being of individuals and the planet.

While other companies were focusing on new builds, we introduced an innovative product that allows for radical renovations that have minimal environmental impact, without generating debris or waste.

Fueled by the desire to exceed our clients; expectations, In 2022 we announced the launch of two new products, EcoCemento^® and Baxab^®Eco. These cutting-edge microcements have become the first in the market to receive their Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), are zero VOCs (volatile organic compounds), 100% water-based, locally handcrafted, and made to order, underscoring Topcret’s commitment to sustainability, quality, and global presence.

By obtaining EPD certifications for EcoCemento^® and Baxab^®Eco, Topcret solidifies its dedication to providing reliable and transparent information to architects, designers, and builders.

In addition to the EPD certifications, EcoCemento^® and Baxab^®Eco have received additional recognitionfor their sustainable attributes. They comply with the WELL Building Standard, LEED, and BREEAM giving the maximum amount of points that these certifications offer.

Topcret^® provides a written guarantee for the quality and application of Microcemento^® and Baxab^® products.

Zero Cost Guarantee
Topcret guarantees the free repair or replacement of defective materials and applications for a period of 3 years. This is supported by the use of high-quality raw materials, in-house design and manufacturing, and the application of our materials by highly trained personnel, all of whom are under strict quality standards, ensuring process traceability from start to finish.

Rebuild Insurance
Topcret^® is committed to providing a comprehensive service from the moment we first meet, through to our after-sales support. In addition to our Zero Cost Guarantee policy, we offer the exclusive Rebuild Insurance, which allows for customers to access lifelong bonuses when renovating their project. This is available to customers even if there are no defects or accidents.
